Mr. Frank DiBari, ESQ was born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island. His law education includes Binghamton University (1992) and Brooklyn Law School (1996). Admissions for practicing law include the New York State Bar (1997) and the New Jersey State Bar (1996).
Frank DiBari is the senior associate with the firm, having been with the firm for 18 years. During that time, he has resolved many claims in favor of our personal injury clients. Overall, these results have been achieved through the negotiation, mediation, and arbitration process. In addition, he has headed the No-Fault Insurance litigation/arbitration department for over 15 years, resolving issues and obtaining numerous awards on behalf of both our clients and medical providers. While Mr. DiBari currently lives in New Jersey, he was a long time resident of Staten Island, having attended elementary school, junior high school, and high school on Staten Island.
