Jenna is a northeastern native, born and raised in New York and New Jersey, who moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University in 2009. She graduated from Peabody College at Vanderbilt, where she was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority’s Zeta Rho chapter. Jenna is still an active member of the Nashville Alumnae Association.
Jenna first sparked an interest in attending law school at a young age after being exposed to the legal world of personal injury through spending time working in her father’s law firm, D’Agostino & Associates, in high school and during summer breaks home from college.
After graduating from Vanderbilt University, she stayed in Nashville to attend law school at Belmont University. During her time at Belmont, Jenna was a founding member of the Family Law Society, in which she was later elected as President of the organization.
In addition to family law, Jenna always had an interest in criminal law, and had the opportunity to intern with the Rutherford County District Attorney’s office. Through this internship, and while working under a limited license, Jenna was assigned the task of prosecuting cases as a representative for the state of Tennessee.
Jenna is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee as well as in federal court for the Middle District of Tennessee. She is a member of both the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Jenna has experience, in and out of the courtroom, practicing in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.
Jenna believes the key to a successful case is client communication. She works closely with each client to ensure they are getting the service they expect in addition to the zealous representation they deserve. When she is not in court or in the office, Jenna enjoys visiting family in New Jersey and spending time at home with her husband, Tyler, and their dog, Judge.
