Glen Schwartz, ESQ.

Glenn Schwartz is an experienced personal-injury trial attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey. A Brooklyn native who later moved to Staten Island, he brings more than three decades of legal, insurance-defense, and litigation experience to his work on behalf of injured clients.

He earned a B.S. in Accounting from New York University in 1984 and began his career as an accountant, working in both public accounting and private industry. While continuing to work in accounting, he attended Brooklyn Law School, graduating in 1992. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1992 and the New York Bar in 1993.

Before joining D’Agostino & Associates in 2019, Mr. Schwartz represented major insurance carriers, including Eagle Insurance, American Home Insurance, Allstate, and GEICO. In those roles, he handled cases from initial investigation through trial and served as a Senior Trial Attorney and Counsel. His experience includes litigation involving motor-vehicle collisions, trip-and-fall and slip-and-fall injuries, dog-bite claims, and other personal-injury matters.

At D’Agostino & Associates, he handles personal-injury matters at every stage of litigation and has tried cases in both New York and New Jersey. His prior insurance-company experience gives him valuable insight into how insurers evaluate, defend, and resolve claims—knowledge he now uses to advocate for injured people and their families.
